Paper artifacts come in a variety of three-dimensional forms, from packaging materials, papier maché, globes, clock faces, fans, and lamp shades. All these items can be repaired to mend tears and breaks, recreate lost components, reduce stains, and create stable artifacts while maintaining their historic appearance.

Treatments for 3-D paper artifacts include but are not limited to:

  • Reduction and reversal of discolouration and stains due to foxing, water/tidemarks, and handling
